Abuelo chuckled. “Who knows? But if you ever find it, remember—treasures are not just made of gold.”

“Where are you going?” asked Pico.
“I’m searching for a hidden treasure!” Leo replied.
Pico laughed, “I’ll help you. I know these woods well.”
Together, they walked until they reached a big old tree. At the bottom of the tree, the red X from the map matched perfectly. Leo started digging with his small shovel, and soon, he hit something hard.
It was a wooden chest! He opened it slowly, and inside he found shining gold coins, sparkling jewels, and a small note that said:
“The real treasure is friendship and courage.”
Leo smiled. The jewels were amazing, but he was even happier because he had found a new friend in Pico.
From that day, Leo and Pico went on many more adventures, always remembering that courage and friendship are the greatest treasures of all.
