Vendor: Great choice. [hands over the herbs] Is there anything else I can help you with?

Customer: No, that should be it. How much do I owe you?
Vendor: Let’s see. You have a pound of apples, a box of strawberries, a loaf of whole wheat bread, a dozen eggs, and a gallon of whole milk. That will be $3.00 + $4.00 + $2.50 + $3.00 + $2.25 = $14.75.
Customer: Okay, I have cash. [hands over cash]
Vendor: Thank you. Here’s your change. [hands back change]
Customer: Thanks! Do you happen to know if there are any good recipes for strawberries?
Vendor: Oh, definitely! You can make strawberry shortcake, strawberry smoothies, or just eat them fresh. They’re also great in salads.
Customer: Those all sound delicious. I might try making a smoothie.
