Write for me

Guest Post Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in writing for my blog! I am always looking for passionate writers, teachers, and learners who want to share their knowledge about English language learning. My readers are students, professionals, and English learners from around the world. If you can write practical, engaging, and easy-to-understand articles, I’d love to feature your work!

What I’m Looking For

I accept guest posts that are:

  • Relevant – Your article should be about English learning, grammar, vocabulary, IELTS, communication skills, or professional English.
  • Original – Only unique and unpublished content. I do not accept copied articles.
  • Useful – The post must help learners improve their English with tips, explanations, or examples.
  • Simple and Clear – Write in simple English so learners at all levels can understand.

Content Guidelines

  • Word Count: 1,200 – 2,000 words.
  • Format: Use clear subheadings (H2, H3), short paragraphs, bullet points, and lists to make the post easy to follow.
  • Examples: Include practical examples, sample sentences, or short exercises where possible.
  • SEO-Friendly: Use keywords naturally (like “English vocabulary,” “IELTS Speaking tips,” “common grammar mistakes”) but avoid overstuffing.
  • Images: Optional, but welcome. Use only free stock images or original visuals.
  • Links: You can include 1 link to your own blog/website inside the article and 1 link in your author bio. No spammy or irrelevant links.
  • Tone: Friendly, supportive, and encouraging – like a teacher guiding students.

Suggested Topics

To give you an idea, here are some areas my readers love:

  • Grammar Tips: Common mistakes, easy explanations, tense practice
  • Vocabulary Building: Themed word lists (business English, travel, emotions, daily use)
  • Speaking Practice: IELTS Speaking topics, role-play dialogues, conversation starters
  • Writing Skills: IELTS Writing Task tips, essay structures, letter-writing guides
  • Listening & Reading: Strategies for exams and everyday practice
  • Confidence Building: Overcoming fear of speaking, fluency tips
  • Professional English: Workplace communication, business phrases, email writing

What I Don’t Accept

  • Duplicate or plagiarized content
  • Overly promotional or sales-driven posts
  • Content that doesn’t relate to English learning or communication
  • Poorly written or unclear articles
  • Offensive or inappropriate language

How to Submit

  1. Send a Pitch – Share 2–3 topic ideas or an outline before writing the full article.
  2. Submit Your Draft – Once approved, send your article in a Google Doc or Word file.
  3. Author Bio – Provide a short bio (50–80 words) with your photo and one link to your blog or profile.
  4. Editing Rights – We may edit for clarity, formatting, or SEO before publishing.

Benefits of Writing for Me

  • Share your knowledge with thousands of English learners.
  • Build your authority as a teacher, trainer, or language enthusiast.
  • Get valuable backlinks to your blog or website.
